Polar fleece fabric can be devided into FDY (Fully Drawn Yarn) and DTY (Draw Texturing Yarn) Fleece Fabric. According to different needs, it also can be make one side brush one side anti pilling,two side brush one side anti pilling, two side brush two side anti pilling.
Polar fleece fabric is one kind of fabric which been woven first by the great circle machine,woven production called grey fabric,after a series of complex processes: dyeing, combing, shearing, anti-pilling. Finally,grey fabric became polar fleece fabric. Its composition is generally full - polyester,below are some characteristic:
1. The elastic is very good, not easy pilling, sheding hair etc.
2. After special Processing, polar fleece fabric will have features of antistatic, flame retardant, it greatly increase the security.
